Sizing
How do I measure my ring size?
Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in mm; find the closest Circumference (mm) row in our Size Guide. Or measure the inside diameter (mm) of a ring that already fits you and find the closest Diameter (mm) row.
How do Japanese ring sizes convert to US sizes?
Read across the table in our Size Guide from the EnSage (JP) column to HK, US, UK and EU. For example, the row for EnSage (JP) 13 lists circumference 53.4 mm, diameter 17 mm, HK 14.5, US 6.5~7, UK M~N and EU 53.
Materials
Is EnSage jewelry 925 sterling silver?
Most EnSage pieces are 925 sterling silver. Some pieces are silver-plated or white copper (cupronickel), such as some brooches, hair pieces, hair ties, the bolo tie and bags, and the Oasis Guardian Necklace is not solid 925. Each product page lists its materials.
What is the difference between 925 silver, silver-plated and white copper?
925 sterling silver is an alloy that is 92.5% silver. Silver-plated means a thin layer of silver over a base metal, and the plating can wear with friction. White copper (cupronickel) is a silver-colored copper-nickel alloy. Check the Materials line on each product page to see which applies.
What stones do you use?
Turquoise is a blue to green stone; on each product page we state how the turquoise in that piece is described. Howlite is a white stone with gray veining. Black agate is a black variety of agate. Malachite is a green stone with banded patterns. Yellow agate is a warm yellow variety of agate. Ruby corundum is a red variety of the mineral corundum. Care
How do I care for oxidized silver?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth and avoid silver-cleaning liquids and ultrasonic cleaners. A polishing cloth will also lighten the dark oxidized detail. Plated pieces need gentler care. Full guidance: Care Instructions.

Each piece is handmade one by one after you order, so please allow about 2 weeks before delivery.
